Synergy Response has been serving the residents of Austin, Texas and surrounding counties for many years. We are actively seeking to provide jobs to residents in our service area.
Primary Role: Must be determined and hard working with a positive attitude. Must be willing to work hard, take directions and follow through with them, and possess a willingness to learn. Attention to detail is a must. Experience is not necessary, but a background in cleaning, construction, mold remediation, water damage restoration or carpet cleaning would be helpful. Must have a valid driver’s license. New hires will have the potential of becoming certified after a probationary period. Promotions to supervisor positions will be available as we continue to grow! Pay will be based off of your experience.
Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following Synergy Responses production guidelines. Job requirements and expectations can vary based on scope of work and damage. Support crew chief and other personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
