About Synergy Response
Mark and Leah Mirra are the founders of Secure Solutions LLC. From the very beginning, Mark and Leah have a shared passion in providing homeowners and investors a reliable one stop source for their home improvement and restoration needs. Since its inception in 2009, Mark and Leah began by completing much of the work in the field themselves – learning from the ground up and giving a true insight and understanding for the various situations that can arise. Over the years, the Secure Solutions family has now grown, employing just under 50 staff and working with hundreds of subcontractors. Currently, Secure Solutions manages troubled assets in the states of New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont. The primary headquarters of Secure Solutions is in Delmar, New York.
Before devoting her work full time to Secure Solutions, Leah Mirra earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern CT State University. As the Chief Executive Officer, she brings a background in banking, collateral management, and finance. She has worked at JP Morgan, Chase, and a large NYC Hedgefund. She is originally from Oklahoma City and her passions include scuba diving, wind surfing, hiking, and cooking.
Mark Mirra, Chief Operations Officer, is originally from New York and has been a successful entrepreneur since the age of 21. Over the years, Mark has created successful businesses ranging from a beer/soda retail distribution Co to a Property Investment Firm. Mark brings a diverse and extensive knowledge of construction and restoration services. Mark’s passions include scuba diving, boating, traveling, and his family.
In 2019, Mark and Leah created Synergy Response, a spin off of Secure Solutions located in Austin, Texas — Synergy Response will focus on Disaster Restoration Services.
